Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. By the Client:

More than 24 hours in advance
If you notify me of cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, there is no cancellation fee.

For rescheduling, we will arrange a new date.

If you cancel without choosing another date, any fees you’ve already paid will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation or do not attend, the full fee for the consultation will be charged.

No-show for online consultation without prior notice
If you do not join an online consultation and have not notified me in advance, the fee is non-refundable.

2. By the Provider:

If I am unable to attend a consultation, I will inform you as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance. We will then agree on rescheduling or cancellation.

If I fail to attend a consultation without prior notice, you are entitled to a replacement session at a time we mutually agree.

Courses and Webinars

Registrations for courses and webinars are binding.

If you cannot attend for serious reasons and inform me at least 14 days before the scheduled date, you may:

• Transfer your registration to another scheduled date, if available.

• Send a substitute to attend in your place.

If you fail to notify me at least 14 days in advance and do not send a substitute, the course fee is non-refundable.
