Providing your data is usually voluntary. However, in some cases we may be unable to deliver a service or fulfill your request without it (e.g. sending goods to a postal address you have not provided). We will always inform you when your data is required. Data is only mandatory when required by law.

A. Contractual Obligations

To enter into and perform contracts and communicate with you regarding services, we process:

  • Name, surname, title

  • Address

  • Company ID (IČ) if applicable

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Legal basis: Performance of a contract.

Contracts may be concluded in writing, verbally, by phone, or by submitting an order via our website and receiving confirmation.

We keep this data for the duration of our contractual relationship. Afterward, some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate interests (explained below).

C. Legitimate Interests

We process personal data when necessary for our legitimate interests, such as:

  • Protection of legal rights and claims:
We may store data for up to 4 years after our last contact or the end of our business relationship. This covers limitation periods under Czech law and the possibility of legal disputes.

  • Direct marketing:
We may use your name, address, and email to send you information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in each marketing email.

D. Processing Based on Your Consent

If you’re not our client, we’ll request your consent to send you offers about our services. Before collecting your consent, we’ll inform you exactly what data we’ll process and why.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, if we have another legal reason to process your data (as outlined above), we may continue using it for those purposes.

IV. Sharing Personal Data with Other Parties

We sometimes work with third parties who help us fulfill legal or contractual obligations, such as:

These partners act as data processors and have signed agreements with us to ensure your data remains secure.

We may also disclose data to public authorities if required by law, for example during official inspections.

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Request deletion of your data where legally permitted.

  • Right to restrict processing: Request we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

  • Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured format or have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.

  • Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests. For direct marketing, objecting always stops further marketing communications.

  • Right to lodge a complaint: You can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) via www.uoou.cz, or to your local authority within the EU.
